All these stained glass object have been handcrafted from 2 mm clear glass or and with 3 mm color glass or 4 mm mirror.
After the design and prototype steps, the process of create each item starts by cutting each piece of glass. Then, edges are filed, cleaned and copper foiled.
Next, pieces are perfectly assembled and soldered together.
The final steps are to wash, polish, apply patina if desired, and wax each piece until it shines.
What makes the difference in my design:
- Customizable design 100% handmade by me.
- Soft finish, no sharp edges.
- Focused photos of the details, ask for more pictures if you need.
- Engrave any side with a short text or image.
- Add hoops to hang, engraved text or any detail you wish, just convo me.
- One of the sides could be made with mirror covered with velvet in its background.
- Choose how to hang it : chain, leather cord, velvet lace. You will receive your frame with chain by default.

I make sure that each and every object is securely packaged. Feel free to contact me for multiple purchases and we’ll be glad to set up a custom order for you with appropriate shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer’s country.
Patina changes over time. Like us, the environment conditions affect them, oxidation takes away brightness or obscures them.
Use a soft cloth to remove dust. To remove lime or finger marks I use “vinegar for cleaning”, it is the one that gives me the best results and it is also eco-friendly. It is cheap and you can use it for cleaning your house too ;D
How to revive patinas?
Silver finish: silver is the original finish of the tin solder. It becomes matt with time, but with a metal cleaner you can get a brilliant finish.
Black: The black patina does not usually suffer much change, if it had been scratched you just have to apply it again. The patina that I use is Novacan Black. I apply a special protective oil for stained glass after patinas. Use protection when applying patinas because they are abrasive: rubber gloves and safety glasses. You do not need an anti-gas mask because they are odorless.
Copper: The copper patina is the most popular and the one that requires more work to restore the original shine. The patina that I use is the Novacan Bright Copper and then I apply a special protective oil for stained glass. For a perfect result you will have to eliminate that oil and the existing patina. Write me an email and I will answer you explaining the whole process.
Use protection when applying patinas because they are abrasive: rubber gloves and safety glasses. You do not need an anti-gas mask because they are odorless.
Do not scratch the solder lines cause the patina can be harmed. The product is harmless to human health but it is not suitable for contain any kind of food without packaging.

My products are made to order just for you.
The production process starts once the order is placed and payment has been cleared. Each listing usually takes 3 – 5 working days, depending on current orders amount. If you need your item sooner, just contact me before ordering.

If you need your order by a specific date, I suggest upgrading to Express service (FedEx or UPS service).
Every service includes tracking number and insurance unless the destination country does not allow that option (insurance).
Each listing includes shipping cost and packaging materials.
International deliveries may take 1 – 6 weeks depending on the destination. It may take a little bit longer due to some conditions such as bad weather/rush season/holidays. Please note that delivery times are out of my control. Shipping times are estimates and I do not guarantee them nor make me responsible for any possible delay.

For all cases of delayed delivery time, I am unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for all orders will not be accepted, except for Express shipping, postage cost can be claimed.
Also, I am not responsible for any extra charges at custom for international orders. Most orders are delivered without any charges. Please still be aware of any custom charges YOUR shipping country may have. I hope you understand that this varies greatly and I cannot advise further on this.
For international orders shipped with standard mail, tracking information only shows when the package is in the EU. When the package crosses the border, there will be no updates until it’s delivered.
I need your phone number in your order note or just send me a message. It is required for a better shipping experience.
Please make sure that you’re supplying me the correct shipping address for your order. If I ship to the address you supplied and it was an error on your part then I am not responsible for this error.

I’m happy to resolve any situation. Please contact me before you leave your feedback, there is always a solution to any matter.
If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. I’ll refund the cost of the item that you purchased less a 25% credit fee, but only after you return the item to the Lab and I receive it in perfect conditions. Return shipping on refunds will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Items should be returned in the original packaging. Please, make a secure packaging so it gets to me in perfect conditions. Please ask for delivery confirmation as I can not be held responsible for loss in transit and also note that refund is not possible if the item arrives damaged to me.
Shipping is non-refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
I make sure I thoroughly package my items in protective wrapping materials to prevent any damage. However, if you’ve received an injured item, contact me, and we will make a claim, as I always insure the packages (except some international destinations).

Please understand that as a small business with hand made items (not manufactured in bulk), I can not absorb the costs of undelivered, lost or stolen merchandise.
All orders are shipped via Correos services unless you ask for a different carrier. Once an order is shipped, Correos takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as «delivered», I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Refunds are not available.
Buyers are responsible to track and trace their orders and arrange a redelivery with their local post offices or parcel service if necessary.
Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the post office in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local post office. Otherwise it will be returned to me. I will arrange a reshipment for the returned parcels as soon as I receive them in the LAB but only if the buyer agrees to cover the reshipment cost.
Please contact me if you don’t receive your order, we’ll file a claim with the insurance.

If an item is damaged when it arrives to destination, please contact me within 24 hours with pictures of the damage incurred to your item. I don’t provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge.
Please note that any request made later than 24 hours and/or without a proof won’t be considered as an eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged, I’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased as soon as possible. I don’t provide refund for shipping cost and the buyer is responsible to cover the shipping of the replacement.
